I am looking for two people to take over a tenancy in this unfurnished flat in Horsforth. It is extremely spacious, with two large rooms and one smaller room. We used this as a bedroom, living room, and office, but can be rearranged however you want. White goods are included, with the kitchen is fully kitted (including dishwasher) and there are two bathrooms/showers.
The location is great, including free parking and easy access to the number 27 bus, and ~10 min walk to Horsforth train station. There are also pubs, restaurants, and takeaways within 5 min walk, and plenty more ~20 min walk into Horsforth town.
The tenancy is until September 2025, though this can be discussed with the letting agency. Please also note that you must be referenced by the agency to be accepted as a tenant. Council Tax Band C
