I’ve got a double bedroom (with a kingsize orthopaedic mattress that is 2 years old). The room comes with a good sized wardrobe, tv on the wall with access to Disney Plus, Amazon Prime and Netflix. There are also two side tables in the room that be used for storage.

The flat is two bedroom in Horsforth Mill, a recently converted woollen mill with luxury finishings. You would have full access to the main bathroom in the flat which has a good sized shower as I have an en-suite in my bedroom.

There is a good sized kitchen/living area 28ft by 14ft with a balcony overlooking the hills of Horsforth which has a corner sofa that can host 6/8 people. It is in a private gated area with 15 visitor parking spaces, so parking isn’t normally an issue.

The flat is a 15 minute walk to Kirkstall Forge station (6 mins train into Leeds Centre) and there’s also Horsforth station about a 15/20 minute walk away. It is also opposite the Bridge Inn pub, a good pub with beer garden and great food

A little about me, I am part of the LGBTQ+ community, I enjoy spending my down time from work in the gym, hiking, watching sports and playing tennis / doing sporting competitions such as Hyrox. I am looking for someone that is down to earth, family orientated and that would be happy to watch tv on an evening, grab a beer etc
