I’m looking for lodgers for my double & single rooms in my easygoing, quiet home.
The rooms have a double/single bed, tv in the double, modern neutral decor, central heating and opening windows.
All the usual, inc. shower, washer, wifi, and space in the fridge.
All the general cleaning is done by me.
The local area is a good quality, green & leafy area with a nearby lovely canal and wooded walks, and we’re near to shops, take aways, pubs and regular buses.
Rooms are both available from
January 15th 2021 (possibly before that), the single room is £350 and the double is £425.
All bills are included in the price.
Please supply your own loo rolls, washing powder and the usual etc.
Smokers are welcome but there’s no smoking in the house at all, just outside.
