I am looking for someone clean and tidy to share the Flat with my son who joined leeds University. He is from the South.

The room would ideally suit professionals, who are looking for a friendly, relaxing & clean tidy home to come back to, after a hard day at work.

I have a double room available for a non-smoking mature professional in a fully furnished flat in Horsforth.

The flat is just few minutes’ walk from Town Street and handy for all the wine bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. 5 miles from the city Centre (8 minutes by train to Leeds city centre station), and 10 minutes’ drive from the popular Headingly area. In case you don’t drive, the flat is 10/15 mn walk from the Horsforth Train station.

Full use of all facilities including use of kitchen, bathroom and living room, property furnished and maintained to a high standard. Handy for public transport, good bus links.

Ât £420 per calendar month (incl all bills). Broadband/C/Tax /water /Service Charge /TV Licence .(Gas and Electric. Reference required .
