Double Room In Friendly Homely House

Are you looking for a new place to call home? We have a lovely double available in our home. It’s me and Shannon and James living here right now, . Shan moved in a couple of years ago, and James moved in a few months ago we all get on great. Sadly Shannon is moving she has bought her own house and will be moving in there by October time she thinks So her room will be available. We are all tidy and very easy going and respect each other’s spaces. We love the same sort of tv and love to quiz it up and the Kings on a Thursday night! Which we’ve won a few times now!

Few things about me, I work for a bike retailer as a buyer. Shannon is a science teacher. and James works for the Premier League. I like to keep active by cycling and running etc very neat and tidy quite happy to have a natter with a cuppa watching trashy tv, Shan is great very social loves meeting new people. and james loves sport as well he plays cricket and badmington. When possible we like to socialise as a house. But also very respectful of peoples privacy. As for the room, it’s a good sized double with plenty of storage, big wardrobe and plenty of drawers. The house has been tastefully decorated in a more homely feel, so you wouldn't feel like you're just renting a shell of a room. The house is in Horsforth just near the park and it is neatly nestled inbetween Town Street and New Road side, so just near all the shops, Morrisons, Tesco. Has great bus links into town, buses every 10mins and they roughly take 20mins to get into Leeds depending on which one you catch. The house benefits lovely big tv so we can all watch the wonderful delights of love island and I’m a celeb and great movie nights along with Sky Glass and we have all the standard streaming services what more do you need!?
