Double Room In Friendly Homely House
My current housemate Niamh is sadly moving out due to Jet 2 making her redundant, so she’s moving back home for the time being, so I have a choice of double rooms available. Ideally just looking for 1 person to move in but have the option if 2 friends were looking to move in.
Somethings about me, I work as buyer for a retail store. I like to keep active by cycling and running etc very neat and tidy quite happy to have a natter with a cuppa watching tv or trashy tv, like to socialise as a house. But also very respectful of peoples privacy. As for the rooms they are good sized rooms with plenty of storage, big wardrobe and plenty of drawers, in both rooms. The house has been tastefully decorated in a more homely feel, so you wouldn't feel like you're just renting a shell of a room. The house is in Horsforth just near the park and it is neatly nestled inbetween Town Street and New Road side, so just near all the shops, Morrisons, Tesco. Has great bus links into town, buses every 10mins and they roughly take 20mins to get into Leeds depending on which one you catch. The house benefits lovely big tv so we can all watch the wonderful delights of love island and I’m a celeb and great movie nights along with Sky Q and netflix, what more do you need!?
Any other questions get in touch,
Ideal housemate would be someone who is a non smoker, tidy, considerate, friendly and likes to have a laugh and someone is wanting to make new friends rather than just renting a room
As for pets only would consider a dog.
