We currently have available two double rooms for non-smoking young professionals in a fully furnished house, in a quiet part of Horsforth, sharing with two females and one male, all professionals and really good company.

Located on the corner of King Edward Crescent and King Edward Avenue, it’s just 5 minutes walk to Town Street and handy for all the bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. In case you don’t already know, Horsforth is a great place for young professionals, 5 miles from the city Centre (15 minutes by train from Horsforth station), and 10 minutes drive from the equally popular Headingley area.

As you would expect with quality accommodation, the house is decorated, carpeted and furnished to a high standard and comprises: Living room with leather sofas, Smart TV, dining table and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. Modern tiled bathroom with full suite and electric shower and five well furnished double bedrooms, including an en-suite which has now been let. There are low maintenance front and back gardens, secure storage for bicycles, off-street parking for up to three cars and plenty of easy on-road parking.

The rents are as shown above, payable monthly in advance. The minimum tenancy is 6 months and a refundable deposits of £350 are required. Utility and house bills are shared.
