High quality house in a friendly residential area, within a 5 to 10 minute walk of the station and town centre, and a 15 to 20 minute walk of the University. The route is flat with a frequent bus service if required.

Rent includes gas, electric, water plus fast internet, Sky TV package, Netflix and TV licence.

Open plan Ikea kitchens (two) with built in appliances plus comfortable living rooms (two) each with Sony smart flat screen TV and DVD.

All bedrooms have a double bed, large wardrobe, spacious desk, desk chair and drawers and a shelving unit.

Two bathrooms each with electric shower and bath.

Large heated basements (two) each with washer and dryer. Rooms can also be used as a games/studio/gym rooms. Hot tub available if required.

Houses are two internally connected three bedroom houses (connected via secret basement tunnel)!

Gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Later contract start date available for 44 week contracts (27th August 2019).

The house is also available excluding bills at a weekly reduction of £15 per person per week, (a monthly equivalent of £65 per person).
