Every room has an en-suite that are large in size and every room is large with a double bed. 5-10 min walk to the uni. We are all friends with two people in their third year of uni, we all like to chill out. Mix of students and professionals so either is welcome. Large communal back garden with gardener included in the rent as are all bills. House is cleaner than the pictures as they are pictures from old tenants.
