Flexible when i’m moving out but the latest i’m able to move out is January 2nd. Only 7 min walk from The University of Huddersfield, 10 mins from town and a 20 min walk from the train station. Rent is £88.45 pw from January 2nd and it includes all bills. Unfortunately I have to leave this lovely house but my friend still lives here. We have a lovely lounge area connected to the kitchen where we usually eat. only one toilet and shower but you only need to share it with one person. You’ll be dealing with my landlord Sandy who has been very nice to both of us so far. LGBTQ+ friendly! You would have to stay until 17th July 2022 since that is when my contract ends. However, i’m sure you’d be able to to stay for longer if you ask the landlord.
