The house: spacious 4-bed Victorian semi over 3 floors, large kitchen diner, lounge with open fire, and also a formal dining room, WiFi. Mature south facing garden with BBQ.
So privacy or socialising, depending on your mood!

There's a main bathroom with a shower and bath, also another downstairs toilet. I'm on another floor with my own en-suite so the bathroom and first floor are all yours.

Location: 5 mins drive from Huddersfield train station (by rail Manchester 40 mins, Leeds 25 mins), 10 minute walk in to town/station and 5-10 minutes drive to east and westbound M62 (by car Manchester 50 mins, Leeds 35 mins).

Parking: there’s permit parking on the road and non-permit parking just 2 minutes around the corner.

Cleaner: there's a cleaner every week for the main house, and your room will get a clean every few weeks.

Pets: I have 2 cats. Friends with allergies don’t seem to have problems as the house is spacious with lots of hard wood flooring.

Have enjoyed some good nights in/out with previous lodgers, or there's plenty of room to enjoy your own space.
