Would you like to come home to peace and quiet? Available in a large Victorian detached house in the beautiful Beaumont Park area of Huddersfield is a spacious bedroom overlooking the garden and field at the back of the house. All the common areas (to share with one other) have been newly carpeted/laminated. The bedroom has also been recently decorated and furnished.

Beaumont Park is one of the more pleasant and quiet areas of Huddersfield. Walking distance to Lockwood train station is around 10 minutes and about 25 minutes walk to the town centre/Uni, with lots of buses at the bottom of the hill.

I'm looking to share with a calm self-reliant person who would like to live in a clean quiet space with privacy respected. Of course, the occasional shared meal or a cuppa in shared kitchen- living-dining spaces are a normal feature of being housemates!
