Shared house- double/single available, LS10

Hiya,
I’m Olivia, I live in Hunslet and have a 2 year old Beagle. I’ve been here 2 1/2 years and it has great motorway/bus links to the city centre or Wakefield.

Near to city centre- 30 min walk or around 10-15 minutes bus wise.

I don’t have too many specifications although I work from home so need a space to work from confidentially (NHS wise). I’m pretty tidy- I get too stressed with mess but work a lot of hours either from home or everywhere else to try build the best life for me in the future.

I am in the process of doing the big double up but the single is good to go. The double is fine but I want to swap the plug sockets, get it re-plastered and freshened up.

It has a downstairs toilet, cloakroom, 2 built in cupboards for storage and a loft boarded out. Big garden but concreted.
