Hi! We're looking for someone to join our house in Hyde Park this summer. All of the rooms in the house are big and spacious with double beds. It will be £75 p/w - this is not including bills, but as it's summer we don't expect they will be very much at all! The wifi will be £35 split between 4 per month. Deposit is £200 + £50 Admin fee from the letting agents (you will have a contract with them)
There's a big sitting room / kitchen with a good sized table and sofas and there is one shared bathroom. The house is not new, but it's very big and is in a super convenient location in Hyde Park. 10 min walk to Uni of Leeds, 15 min walk to Headingley, really close to two Sainsbury's locals and just down the road from the bus stop for the 56 into town.
We're three postgrad students - Sophie and Amira are both doing Advertising and Design and Bryony does River Management. We're quite chilled and are easy to get along with - we all like going out in Leeds and making nice house meals!
