Double Room With En-Suite *

Hello,

Due to a change in circumstances I am currently looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my room. I have a double bedroom available with a shared en-suite in a 5 bedroom house at Welton Mount, Hyde Park.( through Springwell lettings). It’s a 12 minute walk to Uni of. The double room is on the top floor of a three storey house, it comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside table, as well as a shared en-suite shower/toilet. There is a newly renovated, equipped communal kitchen, dining room and living area. The facilities include: a large dishwasher, an oven/hob, microwave, two fridge-freezers, a washing machine/dryer etc. The dining room has a large round table and chairs with a wall mounted TV. In the living room there is a comfy corner sofa with another wall mounted TV. The house is on a quiet street with parking available, plus there is a 24 hour Sainsbury’s and bus stop less than a minute away.

My house mates are 4 lovely female 2nd year students who are super friendly, welcoming and respectful. Very easy to get along with! The monthly rent comes to £472 including bills- TV licence, electricity, gas, water, WiFi, broadband.
