Double Bed ensuite room

(Available and if you work for the NHS you are welcome here) Works out at £440 a month, this is good value for money and is a brand new property built two years ago with bills inclusive. Really close to Bookclub, uni, and other local amenities. Me and my housemate Lucy are relaxed people. We live with two rabbits who I keep up after, named Simon and Garfunkle, they're not allowed upstairs and are sometimes free roam on the ground floor in winter and garden in summer. There is a living room and a dining/kitchen area as well as a lovely garden with a patio and grass.
There is one bath in the property and 4 toilets and showers in total. Your bathroom has the only bath. I don't really have baths, but if I did, I would ask first if I could have one haha.

All good, we're a lovely house and I'm a recent art graduate from the University of Leeds looking to replace one of my tenants who had to move home unexpectedly due to coronavirus. I will be undertaking a Postgrad this Stempter in psychotherapy. I am looking for a friendly and empathetic housemate to join our house.

There is lots of storage in your room! one of my old tenants had to move out his ex's of 5 years and somehow managed to fit all of his belongings into that room with ease haha. Massive chest of draws from Ikea, under bed storage, clothes rack as you can see too. It's a big L shaped room with two windows with IKEA blinds.
