Hey!! We're looking for someone to take over a double room in our houseshare in Hyde Park. The house is close to shops and takeaways as well as being a short walk from Royal Park Pub and Brudenell Social Club. It's only a short walk away from the universities and there's also a bus route which takes 5 minutes. We are going into our second year at Leeds Arts University. We're very laidback and up for both nights out and just chilling with some beers and netflix. We are looking for someone who is generally tidy and friendly. The house is available immediately, we are preferably looking for someone to move in between now and September.
