Living with 3 lovely easygoing final year Uni of students, 2 boys and 1 girl. Students would be ideal for this property.
The room has a double bed, large window, large wardrobe, desk, several shelves including storage under the bed. There’s tons of storage in all of the rooms and an extra storage room on the lower floor, with a coat rack in the corridor. There is a spacious, light living room and a shared bathroom on the ground floor, with a kitchen with all amenities on the lower floor.
Rent is £103 a week including bills, £100 deposit, rent has already been paid up until end of September, tenancy ends in June.
