2 Double Rooms Available in 6 Bedroom House

We are a group of 4 girl students wanting to sign for a large 6 bedroom house in Hyde Park (close to Hyde Park Book Club) and need 2 more people to live with. 1 of us already lives in this house currently.

The house has large bedrooms with double size beds, sofas in each, large wardrobe space, desk space, pin boards and shelves. The rest of the house includes all kitchen appliances as well as pots etc provided, large basement living area with a large Smart TV, bookshelves and coat racks on each floor, a piano, and 3 large bathrooms with storage space one on each floor (so one shared between two people). There is a large garden space out the front of the house with a table and chairs, with gardening and house keeping.

Each room is £115 a week for rent and gas/electric. With the bills included package which includes water, internet, and TV licence it is an extra £15 per person so comes to £130 a week per person. The deposit is steep at £450 but this will be returned at the end of tenancy.
