Room is very spacious and a lot bigger than shown on the pictures. More pictures / videos can be provided at request.
Room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves and chair and is located on the first floor, both bathrooms also on the same floor and sharing a floor with one other girl.
Street parking is available. Not in a too busy or loud area of Hyde Park.
Lots of space in the kitchen and the house in general has a fair bit of storage space.
House is a mix of professionals and students, all sociable together and love a chill night in or an occasional night out.
Bills are an extra £82.02 ppm, including unlimited water and energy.

NOTE: Rent is actually £512.74 per person per calendar month, but due to needing to move out and find a replacement tenant urgently (new job requires me to move out of Leeds) i am willing to pay £100 a month towards this until the end of tenancy. This can be discussed more over direct message
