Your own self-contained flat is above the garage and includes:

▶︎ Your own bathroom
▶︎ Small study
▶︎ Off-road parking
▶︎ Lovely views over the Yorkshire moors. 

You’ll also share the main property with its extensive lounge, kitchen, dining room and gardens.

A kind, independent and friendly 86 year old lady who enjoys conversation and has a wide range of interests and friends. She is looking for a compatible friendship where you would enjoy doing some things together at home and occasional visits out to a garden centre, the cinema, a coffee etc

✨ Support Needed

The homeowner would appreciate some help around the home and sharing of household tasks. A reduced rent is offered in exchange for 15-20 hours of help each week. Ideally this would include: 

▶︎ Food shopping together
▶︎ Sharing the cleaning and gardening
▶︎ Enjoying cooking and some meals together now and then

The homeowner would love to share with someone who is:

✔ Able to offer around 15-20 hours/week of help
✔ Interested in companionship and shared living
✔ Likely to work from home or be retired or semi-retired
✔ Able to drive
✔ Ideally has no pets
✔ Can provide references and have a DBS check
✔ Female (due to homeowner’s personal preference)

A fixed monthly contribution of £50 covers all your bills: electricity, water, gas, council tax, and Wi-Fi.
