This lovely furnished Room To Let is located in a beautifully decorated and totally refurbished period property on a quiet residential street in Beechcliffe, Keighley, just a stone’s throw from Cliffe Castle and Gardens. The large double bedroom on offer is a good sized double with ample storage. It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, desk, desk chair, bedside table and under bed drawers for extra storage. The rug and bed linen and lamp/decorations are also provided for your use. I take good care of the property as can be seen by the high quality furniture and interior of the property, and I am prompt at taking care of any issues. The room to let is on the second floor of a corner terrace property, with a large shared family bathroom on the first floor. The house has three bedrooms in total and you would be sharing with one other tenant, a young professional female who has two well-behaved gorgeous cats.

The living room is large, and inviting and has plenty of storage space and comes equipped with a TV (TV license fee is included in the bills) and electric fireplace for use on those extra cold winter days. The dining kitchen is on the lower ground floor and is well designed with plenty of worktop space and storage cupboards for your use, and an extending oak dining table as well as extra seating areas. There is also a butcher’s block for extra storage, a washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer.

You will have the use of the attic via a pull down hatch with ladders for any extra storage space you need, as well as a padlocked bike shed located next to the house, which can also be used for deliveries if you are out. I am happy to mount a TV on the bedroom wall if you require.

There is also a guest room with queen sized bed on the second floor which is furnished and can be used for extra storage, or guests (but not at the moment due to Covid-19) however this room will be rented out in future. There is ample parking spaces outside the house, which is on a dead-end road with no through-traffic. It is close to retail parks and other amenities and has good road connections to the by-pass, and is just ten minutes walk to the train station, with frequent trains to leeds and Bradford taking just half an hour.

The rent would be £440, inclusive of admin fees, gas, electric, water, internet and TV license, however you would need to contribute the proportionate amount (a third, currently £32) for the council tax. The deposit will be equal to one months rent.
