Incredible Double in amazing location !

Property:
The property is a brand new two bedroom cottage situated on a small but new housing estate with excellent facilities.

We have a tennis court, football pitch, and local greenery and nature for walks all built into the estate.

Built in the last 12 months, the estate welcomes some of the nicest properties in Huddersfield and the location is equally as special!

The room:
A choice of two rooms, they are both double bedrooms which will be fitted out with brand new furniture for the tenants to enjoy. Currently the “master” bedroom is already furnished (see photos).

What to expect from me:
I am a professional and new to SpareRoom! Having done Airbnb for numerous years I’ve decided to try find somebody long term to enjoy my fabulous property. I work in business and have a number of companies in the UK and Europe so I’m often in and out and running behind schedule! I’ll always ensure the property is clean and I have a cleaner who is currently attending weekly.

I’ve never had an issue with people, as my job is very much centred around working with all types of life! If you’re looking for a quiet space - you’re welcome! If you’re looking for a new buddy, you’re also welcome!
