Huge room in cosy house next to Headingley station

I have a double room available in a cosy two bed house in Kirkstall. The location is perfect for commuters into Leeds or Harrogate as the house is right next to Headingley train station. Morrisons, Kirkstall Abbey and the new Kirkstall Bridge shopping centre are also within walking distance.

The house is newly decorated throughout and the room is fully furnished. The room is a loft room with wooden floors, beams and solid oak furniture. It has a cottage style feel with lovely views. The photos do not fully do the room justice as it is huge! And, despite being a loft room, the ceilings are extremely high.

I am a 34 yr old professional who loves travel/ taking photos/ yoga/ music/ socialising with friends and the occasional night out. I moved into the house a year ago and have always lived with other people in the past. My current housemate has lived here since last August but is now relocating to America. I have an active social life and a close circle of friends. I am looking for a like minded individual who is clean and tidy. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
