I am looking for a 2nd lodger for my home. There are great transport links sitting on M62/A1 junction, and trains to Wakefield and Leeds which are a 5-10 minute walk away.
The room is furnished with a double bed, TV and storage space. It will suit someone who is tidy and hygienic. You will share the property with a Polish female, and I (the landlord) will stay in the 3rd bedroom once every 2 months ONLY, as I will be working away. Facilities include a bathroom, shower, 2 toilets, garden space, driveway and a spacious dining area / living room and kitchen.
I'm looking for someone to stay a minimum of 6 months. All bills and Ultra Fast Fibre included.
