Hi, my name is Josh and I’m moving out of my flat so looking for someone to replace me around 17th December (can move dates to be more suitable if needed. Early in the new year would also be fine). I currently live with my flat mate joe who will be staying in the property.

The flat is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom city centre flat in an amazing location! It is a 10 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute walk to the bus station and is easy to get to the motorways if you need to travel further for work. Clarence Dock is a super area! it’s safe, quiet during the weekdays and lots of fairs/pop up markets/things to do during the weekends. There is a Tesco, restaurants/bars, gym, yoga hall all a stones throw away.

The bedroom is a good size with loads of wardrobe space and is an en-suite. The open plan kitchen and living room is spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the dock. The flat is furnished with everything you need.

The rent is £475 pcm which you’ll organise with the estate agents Parklane Properties when I put you in contact with them. The utility bills roughly come to £130 pcm each which includes Council Tax, Electricity, Broadband (great speeds!) and TV Licence (water is included in the rent). You can set up the utility bills with joe when I put you in touch with him.

There is no parking with the flat, but joe parks his car outside and normally has no problems finding street parking right outside the flat. If not there is a multi story car park across the road which isn’t too expensive.

Joe works 9-5 in the city centre and we normally spend nights chilling watching films/tv series, going to gym and going out for drinks at the weekend. He’s a tidy, relaxed and friendly guy and looking for a flatmate that is tidy-ish, sociable and is up for a laugh.
