We're an easy going house looking for someone similar to fill the void that is the single room we have available. The house itself is on a quiet street but we are still very close to to the hustle and bustle of Oakwood, Chapel Allerton and Street Lane.
All bills are included which also consists of a weekly cleaner and gardener. The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas oven/hobs, two fridges, microwave and a large dining table. There is also a washing machine located in the cellar.
