Nice flatmate needed! Leeds City Centre

Living room area/balcony

Hello! My name is Beth. I live in a 2 bed/2 bath flat in Leeds city centre (5 min walk from the station) - unfortunately my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

This means her room is up for grabs at the end of May 2019. She has the large double room in the flat with her own en-suite. We have a shared open plan living room/kitchen with a massive corner balcony (that gets sun all day, so you can just bake yourself if you wanted) which is good for people-watching. Her room is furnished and our landlord is generally really good with upkeep etc.

Unfortunately theres no parking per-se as I have my own car that takes up the allocated spot, but it's a large underground parking space which often has spots up for rent from other tenants in the complex. We have an on-site caretaker called Tyrone who does all the dirty work and handles all the moaning.

I don't have any preferences for who you might be, but I would like us to get along and be able to go for a pint at Water Lane Boathouse (live a few mins away, bad for my bank balance), go to a gig, or just watch some TV with a pizza, etccccc. I'm really into music, film, food festivals, and currently getting really into bouldering (RIP my hands)

Bills work out to around £100.00 per month inclusive of council tax, water, energy, and broadband. There will be a security deposit to pay, as per the sidebar.
