The area is a mix of family and students but noise pollution isn’t a problem. The 2 housemates living there are both in the final year of there respective University courses so they are both mature and live quietly. The room has a lovely en suite so you wouldn’t have to share, and the communal kitchen is always kept very tidy. The house is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. For non students you will also receive a 25% discount on any council tax.
