I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a Penthouse flat that I currently share with my two mates. The room to rent is an ensuite double room, fully furnished with a wardrobe and desk. Ensuite contains a bath/shower alongside a large shelved mirror perfect for toiletries.
The top floor flat is part of the Waterside Apartments Complex. The flat occupies three floors and consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, of which two have showers.
The living area is an open planned kitchen/living room with floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the city. Flat has dryer/washer and dishwasher for everyday ease of use.
My current flatmates are both young professionals working in the city. Their hours mean they are out of the house 7-7pm therefore the house is generally quiet during the week. They enjoy watching Sports, going to the gym and socialising at the weekends.
There is secure underground parking available but at an additional cost. Train station is under a 15 min walk and the town centre the same. Easy access to M621 and motorways given its location!
Unfortunately I am having to move out due to my job meaning I spend hardly no time in the flat! I'm looking for someone to take over the flat from 31st January 2019 however I can be flexible and move the date forward if desperate.
