My flatmate is moving out soon because she's bought her own place, and her room will be up for grabs in this lovely spacious flat very close to central Leeds!

Some of the benefits:
- No ensuite but full use of your own generous sized bathroom opposite your room which is as good as en ensuite (I have a tiny ensuite)
- The flat comes unfurnished and there is plenty of space for a full living room set! I have my own furnishings for my bedroom and kitchen however my flatmate is taking all the living room furniture so it's a very good space for a living room set!
- The flat comes with a parking space (secured by a barrier) which will be free for you to use.
- The kitchen is spacious for more items as you can see from the picture.
- We even have a 'cupboard of doom' for any suitcases and extra bags! (our boiler cupboard)
- it's a really well located flat at a comfortable 10 min walk from the center of town but also far out enough for some peace and quiet.
- A 20 minute walk to Leeds central station and 15 minutes to the main bus station (including national express)
- Malcolm is a lovely landlord and when there has ever been any issues (rarely) he has always sorted them out swiftly with no problems :) NO agency involved!

There is a deposit to be paid as well as an official reference check but NO admin fees!

Looking for a lovely respectable housemate, someone who will consider this a home not just lodgings. This includes cleaning up after yourself and helping with the cleaning. I like hanging out or catching up with my flatmate, but we respected each other's privacy and quiet time. Not looking for someone who likes to have parties (too old for that now), but having friends round from time to time is absolutely fine.
