This is a non-discriminatory home. We greatly value the diversity here in Leeds and Andrea and I would like to encourage interest in our home from everyone.

Available: A cosy double room overlooking the park with desk if working from home.
The room has recently been decorated and has a double bed with a quality 5 star hotel-standard mattress and 100% cotton bedding (if you don’t have your own). Lots of wardrobe and chest of drawers plus extra storage. Strong Wi-Fi signal and sockets have USB for charging phones etc.

Kitchen and sitting room with large HD TV with Netflix, for shared use. Two bathrooms, so you won't be queuing to use the facilities. House is well-connected to Leeds city centre by bus in 15min, around 40 min in a beautiful walk next to the canal.

The house is owned by Andrea and I. We've lived here for three years. It's our home and not an impersonal rental property. Our other two lodgers are lovely. Friendly and very hard working. And they cook amazing food! Languages spoken here are English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, and Italian.

We provide a safe, clean home for everyone here and are open to all people who are considerate of others. This is not a party house as everyone works full time. But it's a very sociable house and if you're looking for a home, this might be the place for you. You certainly won't need to hide away in your room unless you want to.
