I have a groundfloor small double, (currently with a single bed) - available furnished or unfurnished. Or for a higher weekly rate, a larger double with king size bed on the 2nd floor.

At present the ground floor bedroom has a utilities room which I'm in the process of converting to a small kitchen. Also a large downstairs toilet, which I plan to upgrade to include a shower for the right tenant. Which would create a self contained living area all on one floor.

3 bed town house, with 1 bedroom on the ground floor, livingroom and kitchen 1st and 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd. The ground floor also has a toilet, which you could use exclusively when you stay.

A bit about me
- I'm pretty easy going and usually out most evenings walking the dog and at the gym. I have a cocker spaniel called Sully who is great company, he's usually a bit excitable when you first come home but is pretty chilled in the evenings!
