The room is a modern, small, double, with a fit-in wardrobe and skylight. A single bed could be put in if you wanted more floorspace.
We have a large bathroom with a bath and a secondary toilet downstairs. You would be sharing this with me as well as a spacious lounge/dining space and large kitchen. There is a huge shared garden, and monthly bills come to around £50/m excluding council tax.
Location literally 6 minute walk from headingley train station.
I am an artist- (there is always amazing food around) ideally looking for someone vibrant and neat, who doesn't mind a late night now and again!
