Hello, we’re Jenna and Jess and we’re looking for someone to join us in our house in Crossgates on September 1st.
You will get a double bedroom and a spare single room which could be used for storage, walk-in wardrobe etc. The house has three bathrooms and you will have the private use of master bathroom.
The house is three storeys with open plan kitchen/living/diner, utility, garden and private gated parking.
The house comes part furnished, you will be provided with 1 chest of drawers and will have a hanging rail in the spare room. However, you will need to bring your own mattress and perhaps will want to bring a wardrobe and extra sets of drawers.
Bills and council tax currently work out at £105 per month.
The house is walking distance to Crossgates Train station which has a 6 minute train into Leeds City centre. It is also a short drive to the Springs Retail park/ Thorpe Park business park and close proximity to the M1.
