Relaxing double room in a quiet house on LS3

I am currently looking for a Great Fit for our Home :)
As you can see there is not much about preferences - it's about your personality 👍

A few words about the House/Room:

First and foremost - Location! LS31DT is Close to Everywhere! >>Google it<<
£455pm include all bills (sadly, as most people we had a massive energy price increase by Scottish Power.. lets keep fingers crossed for a better energy cap soon..) Virgin Media internet + pots, cubs and all kitchen equipment you are more than welcome to use 🍳🍽️🍷

Only £100 deposit it's a massive + ✅ Written agreement will be signed by both of Us for legal security.
Deposit will be hold to cover costs if any damage to furniture or to the property.

Here, every 3months I will ask to chip in for essential common use cleaning products, bin bags, toilet tissues etc - usually £10pp - I organise shopping & you don't need to worry ;)
We will tidy up the house on weekly rota, means You will be obligeted to nicely deep clean bathroom, kitchen and corridor ONCE A MONTH 👍✅

I made sure Your Room has all essential furniture and storage space + comfy double bed with brand new bedding set on top, small sofa and desk/working space.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, it's relatively quiet house so if you are looking for a place to host frequent Saturday's raves it's not the best go for🦸
Also, I have found important to mention, If you have BF/GF we would love to meet your second half however letting Him/Her sleep over 5nights a week won't be tolerated. We are looking for a houseMate not a package - Sorry ;)

Me - Izabela - I'm a Polish Girl enjoy Leeds Life for last 8years. I love movies, art and great chat!
Kornelia- Polish Girl, love good books and long, fun and chat in the kitchen:)

Andree, my current housemate- Romanian, photographer and a bit of an IT geek / he loves live gigs and he travels a lot taking incredible pictures🤌 has got an offer to work from home so we will be returning to his motherland mid July.

Home is the atmosphere.

Our eating habits can very so if you are Vegan/Vegetarian >> I am not // occasionally there will be a Polish sausage in the fridge - please don't judge me 😬🤝

!!!! Bills are calculated on the average of last year use. We all should be aware about energy price rise - although bills are included, we want someone mindful regarding energy use - if we use significantly more then a previous year, extra cost will be applied.
