I'm Zaynab. I'm looking for a flatmate as my current one is moving back home!

It's a lovely flat in a very quiet building - I've lived here coming up to two years now.

- A bright and cosy double room with loads of cupboards, a set of drawers and under the bed storage.

-A modern big bathroom with a bath tub, fitted shower and large mirrors.

- An open plan living room and kitchen with lots of cupboard space, an extra freezer, a big TV and a balcony.

- The apartment is south-west facing, so it gets a lot of sun for most of the day, and great for sunbathing on the balcony.

- An allocated underground parking space included in the rent, which is currently not being used.

- Fully furnished with appliances, white goods, vacuum and a washer/dryer.

- Literally a 2 minute walk to Aldi for the groceries, 3 minute walk to bus stops, 10 minutes into town, 15 minutes to the train station, 20 mins to university.

Bill are not included but electricity, water, internet and council tax come up to around £116 pppm, so around £530 pcm all together.

I'm a funded PhD student working from home at the moment. But it means a Council Tax discount!

I'm friendly, talkative, like to cook and listen to music.

I'm looking for someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves - it's a no shoes inside household! :)
