I have a 10 month contract (ending 31st June) for a room in 'The Triangle' in Leeds which I no longer require, therefore I am looking for someone to take over the contract. The accommodation is ALL INCLUSIVE bills paid at £99.99 pw. (so around £400 pcm).The room has an ensuite toilet+shower.
No Deposit required as I have already paid this and I am happy for you to claim it back after the tenancy

The accommodation is very close to Leeds city centre and both Leeds' Universities;

Uni of Leeds (10 minute walk)
Leeds Beckett city centre campus (15 minute walk)

There are plenty of Shops and supermarkets nearby, and it is a very handy location.
