I am looking for someone to take over my contract as I won't be moving to Leeds anytime soon, due to the pandemic.
Your room would be in a lovely flat with 3 other students: all 2nd year, friendly, quiet but sociable as well! We like hanging out and having parties too, but we respect each other privacy or need for quiet. (won't have many parties anyway due to covid this year). We are also all very keen on following the actual restrictions and lockdown rules.
The flat itself it's nice and newly renovated: it consist of 4 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room, 1 kitchen ,1 full bathroom and a smaller bathroom (toilet and sink only).
In your bedroom there is a double bed, desk and chair and a big wardrobe. Carpet is present only in the bedroom.
The kitchen is perfect for 4 and has everything you might need, from dishwasher, to whasher-dryer and microwave.
In the living room you'll find 2 comfy sofas, a big table to eat or study, and a big smartTV, where you can watch your fav movies or netflix.
The flat is only a 10-15 min walk to Uni, with gyms and Tesco nearby. 20 min walk to Aldi.
Perfect location between Burley and Hyde Park!
For a potential flatmate we're looking for a chilled and friendly student/professional. We don't have many requirements, just need to be tidy, clean and responsible.
