About the flat! It’s BEAUTIFUL, so open and bright, floor to ceiling windows in every room with a south-facing, corner balcony with a view to die for. You would have your own bathroom and a double bedroom with plenty of under bed storage, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. The flat itself is called ‘X1 Aire’, a 15 minute walk from the city centre, next to Leeds Docks😄
The front room and kitchen are very modern and there are plenty of cupboards for joint storage space!
The girl who currently lives there is lovely, 24 years old & looking to live with a likeminded, happy & outgoing individual. We would both like to find the perfect flatmate to take over from me😁
Everything is in perfect condition like when we moved in. It has an on-site gym & car parking space included in the price also!!!
