Looking for a house friend!

Hi. I am looking for someone to share my home. Ideally looking for someone who occasionally likes hanging out; watching a film/sharing a bottle of wine or perhaps checking out events in Leeds, such as beer festivals or what is on in the theatre. Equally each understanding the others need for space/doing their own thing.

All bills are included, including council tax.

There is plenty of parking on the street, the house is a 3 bed semi and within walking distance to supermarkets, a climbing wall, gyms and the cinema. There are also plenty of buses into town and two train stations within walking distance. There is a garden which gets the sun and is blessed with strawberries, raspberries and plums in the summer.

I almost forgot to say, I have a cat. I am willing to consider other pets but it would all be based on whether additional pets can be friends with the current one!
