This is a 1 bedroom flat (1 bedroom is not an option) in the unit 705A on the seventh floor. Bedroom features a bedside table, chair, under bed storage, desk, curtains, desk chair, and a wardrobe. The kitchen is shared and includes cooking hobs, a freezer, microwave, ironing board, breakfast bar, dustpan, iron, oven, stools and much more! The building also has laundry, recycling, bike storage, printing and a vending machine. All bills included, and included in rent are water, Wi-Fi (in the flat and communal areas), heating, gas, and electric. I am looking to find a replacement tenant, so there is no worry about moving in with me and having any invasion on your room privacy! Also, no upfront deposit and you have your own bathroom! Security is also relatively high, so you can feel safe in your room. NOTES: the flat can be shared by as little as 2 people but as many as 5. Since not all other bookings have happened I don’t have a number on how many people common areas such as the kitchen and living room will be shared with. Must be a student at a university in order to apply and get the housing. Lastly, I CANNOT do live tours as I do not live in the UK and booked this housing online from the USA. Thank you!
