I am a final year PhD student looking for an easy going, sociable housemate to take the remaining room in a two bedroom flat which will be vacated end of October as my current housemate is moving out and returning home to Australia The room available is a good sized, double room, and has access to its own bathroom (containing a shower and toilet). The room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, a desk (featured in photos) and set of drawers.

The flat is located on the second floor, is well maintained, clean, and well looked after. It has a spacious, shared living room which connects to the kitchen and there is on-street parking available for those with cars.

The flat is located opposite Burley Park, next to the local church. The area is generally quiet and is a pleasant place to live. The university of Leeds is a twenty minute walk, or ten minute cycle (locked cycle storage available), and has a coop 5 minutes walks, and a larger superstore a short drive away. Bills are not included in the rent, and are £115 extra a month (including water, electricity and high speed broadband).

I (Max) am a final year PhD student studying in the School of Geography at the University of Leeds and am keen to find someone who will engage with the household, I enjoy playing tennis in the local courts, climbing, going to the pub, the occasional household trip out, socialising in the kitchen, lazy weekends watching Netflix and all the other things normal people do!
