City centre, great view & location for flatmate

Hi,

I'm a 26 year old proffesional currently living in central Leeds (Bridgewater Place), renting a two-bed apartment and looking to find someone to rent the second room.

The apartment is two bedroom, both ensuite, with a nice living space with TV, balcony (22nd floor!), kitchen/living area, concierge and bike storage. There is a car park but no parking space, although I do have access to another car park in the building on evenings/weekends if needed on an ad-hoc basis (I work in the building). The room has a double bed, desk, chest of draws, small wardrobe, two bedside tables, ensuite (shower, toilet and sink). The bed could also be against the other wall (that's what it was like when I moved in) for more floorspace). There's a washer/dryer, small dishwasher, although no microwave.

I'm looking for £600 per month, which includes all bills, including very fast fibre internet (see the last photo). Happy for short term or medium term leases, although would suggest initially just doing a month to make sure we both get on and have an easy-out. There would be a formal lodger agreement in place.

I work in financial services, and currently a mix between home-working, in the office and working on client sites. In my free time I like cooking, going to the pub, going to the gym, drinks at home, travelling to see friends, but also lazy days watching films/TV. I've lived in Leeds for 18 months, previously living in Cambridge, York, Derbyshire and Manchester. My girlfriend does stay fairly regularly but not full time, and I'm often out the house but do like to chill/socialise.

I've house shared since I was 18 and really enjoy being friends with flatmates and met some really great people - I definitely don't just want to live or be like passing ships. Equally respect your space and need for alone time.

I will be free for viewings from 6th July.
