HELLO, I have a room to let in my lovely bungalow.
The Bedroom is a good size bedroom with wardrobes large bed and draws has access to a shared un-suite and the main bathroom downstairs
Is with a Whirlpool bath, with a shower over it, this is finished in marble mosaic.

There is a large dining kitchen with all appliances. Decking outside, furniture, barbeque and outdoor lighting.

The best of all there is also a 6/8 person hot tub in the garden which is linked to the 42in the TV in the summer house so you can watch TV while you soak in the hot tub plus a 4person Steam sauna.

The Lounge has a 47" HD tv, Blue-ray and surround. Ample spaces for 3 cars if required. The house also has an alarm system. Wi-Fi is also available. All bills are included, with the exception of phone usage.

Very clean house, fitted out with the most exclusive taste, only suitable for a smart and responsible here.

Couples concerned at extra cost

Located just of the A58 and the A64 just off york road, 3 miles to the city Centre, x99 and x98 bus route to leeds CENTER, A very nice park is nearby too, a rural location for a property so close to Leeds. I expect great deal of interest given the standard of accommodation on offer and location.
