This bedroom has large wardrobe with loads of storage, desk, bookshelf, armchair and a flat screen television (includes paid subscription to Netflix).

This house is a new build so all the furniture and furnishings are all new from 2015.

There is a TV port in the room so you can watch freeview channels, you will also have access to our Netflix subscription.

All bills are included (council tax + water + electricity + gas + internet)

In the kitchen you have a dining table and access to a microwave. Continental breakfast is provided each morning and included in the weekly charge.

Me and my partner are looking for either a student or professional to rent one of our guest rooms Monday to Friday only.

We may consider other days between Monday to Friday, for example, Monday to Wednesday. We would adjust the cost accordingly but would not accept less than a three night stay.

We have two guest rooms in total and normally rent both on air#bnb. However we are looking for a longer term guest who needs a room near the city on weeknights. Both guest rooms share one large bathroom which is cleaned regularly. As the room is rented out on the weekends to other b&b guests we ask that if renting the room you take your belongings with you each week or store them in a suitcase/ box which we can move into another room.

The city centre is about a 30-35 minute walk from our house depending on how fast house walk and where you are going in the city. You can also catch the 28 bus (5 minute walk from the house) which takes you to the city and on to the Parkinson steps of Leeds University. The house is situated along the canal which you can walk along to get into town. There is also a free river taxi taking you to the train station in town from Clarence Dock which is a 15 minute walk from out house. The canal is a picturesque walk/ jog.

Visitor parking space available outside our house.

We have a pet rabbit called Felix and a pet guinea pig called Pig who both live in the living room which is not accessible to guests so will be out of your way.

My partner and I are vegetarians who occasionally eat fish. If you want to store meat at the property please make sure it is properly stored and if heated in the microwave that you clean any spillages.
