House:
Shared space: Modern open plan living space with living room with a large TV and leather sofas, dining room with solid wood table and 8 leather chairs. The kitchen has lots of storage, double electric oven, gas hobs, dishwasher and washing machine. Also a downstairs toilet and a storage closet. There is a large conservatory at the back of the house as well as a garden. The house also has a garage, off road parking spaces for 2 cars, a visitor parking pass for the road and a further road permit!

Bedrooms for rent:
Room 1 - Extremely large room with double bed, dressing table and large fitted wardrobe. The room also has a Juliet balcony and an en-suite with a double shower. (pictures with white and mirror furniture)

Room 2 - big room with double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, and desk. This room has a large bathroom next door with a bath/shower, because all other rooms have en-suites and there is a downstairs toilet this is basically a private bathroom! (pictures with wooden furniture)

Looking for:
Young professionals who are both tidy and social aged 21-30. Rooms are ready to rent, but we are willing to wait for the right tenant.
