Double room in a cool friendly house! ASAP

The room :)

Hey there!

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I have found a new job in the south.

Mine is a fully furnished double room in a 6 bed house.
The photos don't show it very well but livingroom, dinningroom and kitchen are sort of join together.

The house is 1 minute walk to Leeds Beckett Headingley Campus and 1 minute to the closest bus stop.
If you feel brave and walk 5 minutes you will find yourself in the centre of Headingley where you can access to Sainsbury, Wilko and the main pubs (homeland of the memorable Otley Run!).

My housemates are pretty cool: George (24) is studying Sports Therapy and plays music around Leeds during the weekends, Natalia (23) works in a nursery, Tom (20) is an amazing kayaker and studies Business and Amber and Steph (19) are both studying Outdoor Leadership.

They are all chilled friendly people who enjoy watching movies, being outdoors and get stupid on the weekends. They are pretty laid back relating to the house but they do expect someone moderately clean who doesn't leave the dirty plates for 3 days or his/her dirty underwear around the sofa.
