Furniture in the bedroom can be changed if needed.
Live in landlord so broken things get fixed quickly if they break.
Interests in the house include; Reading, swimming, guitar, films, photography, relaxing with friends and games (like exploding kittens).
I cant always answer my phone so text/whatsapp is usually better.
