This is RIDICULOUSLY cheap for a PLEASANT house when you consider everything that’s included, with GREAT ACCESS TO CITY CENTRE/WHITE ROSE & THE M621 IN MINUTES! There can't be much if anything at all at this PRICE & QUALITY and with such GENEROUS FACILITIES......

'Room-alone' equivalent rent ridiculously low, as your **All-In** includes costs of ALL BILLS + TV Licence thrown in + boiler maintenance contract included by DD. That's the equivalent room-rent of roughly around £270pcm + about 15 quid weekly for bills. Wow!
It's keenly priced to go...
...and because I believe
