Hi there,

2 double rooms available in sought after location (LS6). My full home has been fully redecorated and freshly painted, including bedrooms which have been newly furnished to high standards (all IKEA furniture). Rooms have had just one short term (very clean) tenants only so are still as new.

Bedrooms have neutral decor to allow tenant to add their own touch. Ample storage space in rooms.

All bills included (inc. Council Tax). Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves when using shared areas.

New kitchen appliances have also been fitted.

I am looking for responsible, sensible, and friendly tenants only who are clean and tidy and will treat my home as their own. No party animals or reckless students please. No pets. No overnight house guests or house parties.

ABOUT ME: I am relocating to Liverpool, and am between my home and Liverpool at the minute. So you'll pretty much have the house to yourself. I will be coming back and fourth. I am friendly, approachable, and available to help if you're new to Leeds. Equally, I understand and respect not everyone wants to be sociable.

Housemates have always enjoyed a clean, pleasant and calm atmosphere in my home, and their own space. The ambience of my home is ideal for anyone looking for a hassle and drama free, home away from home. Ideal for focused students/hardworking professionals. It's peaceful and tenants have always had a pleasant stay, with the perks of easy access to all local amenities.

I consume halaal meat only. No smoking, alcohol or pork is permissible. You would have full use of a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine.

You'd have your own space, privacy and kitchen space.

Plenty of on street parking.
